O"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Adding images to pages and posts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>To add an image to your page, there are two steps you need to do, and we will show you how to do both.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Uploading Images.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can not put an image on your website directly from your computer. You must upload an image into the media library first. That is where your website pulls all of it&#8217;s images from. Here is how to do that.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>You can access your media library two ways, One is from the admin menu (black) on the left side of your page (Media) and the other is directly from your post (Insert Media Button)<\/li>\n<li>When the media selection opens, you have several categories you can choose from. (See Media Library post for more information <a href=\"https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/?p=83\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Media Library Post<\/span><\/a>)<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-301 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaCategories.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaCategories.jpg 252w, https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaCategories-150x111.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 252px) 100vw, 252px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>To upload an image from the library, click on the <strong>ADD NEW<\/strong> button at the top.<br \/>\n(Make sure you have selected the Credit Union Photos category first so in uploads into the right area)<br \/>\nThen select the <strong>SELECT FILES <\/strong>button and pick the file to upload from your computer.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-302 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaSelectFiles.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaSelectFiles.jpg 903w, https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaSelectFiles-300x94.jpg 300w, https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaSelectFiles-768x241.jpg 768w, https:\/\/help.virtualcu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/MediaSelectFiles-150x47.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Now the image is ready to use on your website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inserting into post<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>To insert a stock image into your post, put the mouse at the beginning of the place where you want to insert the image.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>ADD MEDIA<\/strong> button to open up the media library.<br \/>\n(Notice that you have two tabs at the top <strong>UPLOAD FILE <\/strong>and <strong>MEDIA LIBRARY. <\/strong>To select files already uploaded make sure you are on the Media tab.)<\/li>\n<li>Go down to <strong>Stock Images<\/strong> or the <strong>Credit Union Photos<\/strong> category to select the image that you want to use.<\/li>\n<li>In the sidebar on the right, scroll down to the bottom category <strong>Attachment Display Settings <\/strong>And pick the size you want to use. Remember, once you insert the image, you can always resize it in the post.<\/li>\n<li>Click the blue <strong>INSERT INTO POST <\/strong>button at the bottom right.<\/li>\n<li>Now you can resize the image by grabbing the corners and clicking.
