Posts
Posts are pages that are grouped together in a logical sense, and are ordered by date. These are used by things such as blogs, but in your templates you would probably refer to it as the News or Announcment sections.
When you first click on the “Posts” menu item, you are taken to a page showing all posts on your site.
Each row is a post, and the columns tell you information about those posts.
- Title: The title of the post

- Categories: The category that this post is currently assigned to.
- Tags: Any tags that may be assigned to this posts
- Comments: Number of comments that are on this post.

- Analytics: You can click on the icon, to open a modal that shows you the Analytics on this post.
Clicking on the title of the post will open up that posts page. This will show you the WYSIWYG editor for the page, in addition to some other options that you have for the page.
You can review how to use the WYSIWYG editor on the WYSIWYG page.
Along the right side of the editor, you will see the following:
- Publish: Publish shows you information about the article. You can set it as published, and visible, which means persons visiting your site would be able to see and access the site. You can also view previous revisions of the post. If you’ve made some changes that aren’t what you would like, you can go back to your previous versions.
- Categories: Here you can change the category that the post is assigned to.
- Tags: Allows you to add custom tagging to help group posts together.
